Beating-Scandal with Tokio Hotel!
The woman, who was there together with 4 friends, noticed Kaulitz in his car and knocked at his window to take a photo of the 19 years old guy.
After the description of the woman, the Tokio-Hotel-star let the window down and threw a cigarette at her, that she took from the ground and put it out on his window. So he stepped out of his car and should’ve hit her.
The woman got a swelling bellow her eye and called the police.
By their arrivial, Kaulitz was already driven away, so they couldn’t ask for his side of the story. The 19 years old guy will get the opportunite to say something to this case, said a policeman.

As far as I know it was a girl from france or a french area. That's what german tv said. He should've stepped out of his car and hit her after she took a photo of him. so.. dont know. Maybe she just overreacted a bit. She just got a swelling bellow her eyes and even called the ambulance, and police and everything?! She just wanna get in the media.
Tom hasn't been questioned from the police yet regarding the incident, as he wasn't at the gas station after they were alarmed. In such cases Tom will get a letter from the police in the following days. The police chief said that's admitting that he's responsible for assault. Tom has the chance to turn himself in and speak out about what happened. And if he does, he could do it in Berlin as well where his residence is.
a fangirl could not take her hands off him: Tom Kaulitz, guitarist of the band Tokio Hotel, just wanted to get gas for his car at a gas-station in Hamburg and was pestered by a frech tourist. as she stubbed her cigarette on the lacquer of his car, he lost it and the popstar got violent. the girl was brought to a hospital.
at 11pm on wednesday night, the TH guitarist Tom Kaulitz parked his car at the Stresemannstraße in Hamburg. a frech tourist recognized the popstar at the gas-station and tried to get him to talk to her. apparently, the girl was being really pushy. he was rather dismissive. which lead to so much frustration on the side of the french girl, that she stubbed her cigarette on the lacque of Kaulitz' car.
the situation quickly excalated: Kaulitz got out of the car and got violent and the girl went down. the french girl felt that she was so severely wounded that she had an ambulance called directly to the gas station which promptly drove her to a hospital. the police arrived and took the popstar's personal data.

the real story was, the girl wanted to take pic of him and he threw the ciggarette out. then she picks it up and put it off on his car's window or something. then, he got out and gave her a knuckle sandwich. (huh? ) but the fans wont leave him alone, again, he gets out of the car angrily until a girl came by to stop him. then the girl gets in his car beside the driver's seat and both tom and the girl drive away together before the police arrive, (asta no jtiam )
it's the latest news of all the latest from today.
and some even said that the "girl" that drove away with tom is actually bill. (bah deci nu mi-l faceti ft p bill, ati inteles? dha oricum.. chestia asta n'o zicea nici p utube deci.. )

Then another girl approaches - seemingly the one he was waiting for - she takes place in the driver’s mate seat. Together they drive away - before the police arrives.
Untill yesterday the cops didn’t have a chance to question Tokio-Tom yet. Also the management from Germany’s most succesfull band, that have there studio and house in Bahrenfeld too, hasn’t given a statement yet.
Fact is: “The driver of the car is Tom Kaulitz”, tells a spokesperson from the police to B.Z.

What`s got into him? Tom Kaulitz (19) of the rockband “Tokio Hotel” snapped at a gas station, punched a female fan into her face.Though the twinbrother of singer Bill Kaulitz (19) is known to be always kind to his fans.
Tom`s snapping-action was recorded by a surveillance camera. Bild-reporter have seen the video.
Hamburg, Bahrenfeld, 23:12 o`clock pm, an ARAL-gas station. A young woman (21) has recognized Tom in his Audi R8, takes photos of the star with flashes through the window. Tom jumps out of the car, punches the girl with extended arm into the face. Then he shoved her to the ground. Another girl is hurled by Tom against the back of his car.
Shortly after that the musician gets in his car and sweeps away. The woman alarms the police, she reports him to the authorities. Then she let drive herself to the hospital. A swelling under the eye and an ear-injury are diagnosed.
At police the young woman reports, Kaulitz wound down the window a short time before the argument and threw a lighted cigarette at her. Then she stubbed out the cigarette on his window, what persuaded Tom to get out of the car.
Bild found out: The girls were fans, who followed Tom from his recording studio in Lünburg to get an autograph.
Yesterday preliminary proceedings were instituted against Kaulitz because of bodily harm. Hamurg`s police spokesman Ralf Kunz to Bild: “He will have the possibilty to say something about the facts of the case.” Tom Kaulitz and his management were not available for a statement to Bild yesterday.

Fear for „Tokio Hotel“! A masked girl`s gang is hunting Germany`s most successful rockband. Is that the reason, why guitarist Tom (19) punched one of the girls at a gas station in Hamburg?
Hamburg – His fans are wondering, why he had lost so much the control about himself. Is there now a possible explanation for his behaviour?
“Tokio Hotel”-guitarist Tom Kaulitz (19) and his behaviour at a gas station in Hamburg. The musician had punched a young woman (21) in her face, after she had stubbed out a cigarette on his car. She then reported the rockstar to the police.
Bild found out now: The woman shall be part of a stalker-gang from France. They call theirselves “Les afghanes on tour” (The Afghans on tour). The gang are four girls, who followed the band in the last half year at every step. The young women usually cover their faces or are masked.
The stalker have allegedly also besieged the apartements of the bandmembers. They threw eggs at the musicians`cars, wrote threatening letters and pestered familymembers.
In a threatening letter for “Tokio Hotel”, that Bild has, the girls are maintaining, that they are more than normal fans, and also threat the band for the next weeks with a “little nightmare”. Further on it`s said: “Attention!, attention!..We are unhappy. We become impatient. DO YOU UNDERSTAND US???”
Even Bill and Tom`s mother shall be threatened and attacked physically last week by the stalker-gang.
“Tokio Hotel”-manager and producer David Jost confirms to Bild these incidents. He says: “ One of these masked stalker-girls has attacked a family-member of Bill and Tom at April 8th. We have immediately the following day reported the girl to the police and we will now bring more charges against them.”

David Jost has sent out an email to a number of media companies in Germany describing what happened and why. An article published by sueddeutsche.de describes the incident, the stalkers, and how Tom would never hit a real fan. They also say that stalking can lead to 3 years in prison in Germany.
To much closeness: According to statements of their management, the band TH and their families feel followed and threatened for a while already by a group of female stalkers. TH manager David Jost said, the four young men around singer Bill Kaulitz (19) and their families had frequently changed their place of living because of that. Right now, the musicians were being harassed by masked girls.
Jost confirmed that this had also been the background to an incident at a Hamburg fuel station where Bill’s twin brother Tom Kaulitz had been in a confrontation with a young woman. “These hooded girls are no fans, but they are militant stalkers, that has nothing to do with being a real fan”, Jost highlighted.
After a physical assault on a family member of the Kaulitz-twins, the band had reported an offense to the police against one of the stalkers. “At the start of next week, we will press further charges and among other things will request that these stalkers shall not be allowed any more to approach the band and above all not the family members of the band”, Jost wrote in an e-mail. Stalking (obsessive following) is a criminal offense. In Germany the maximum penalty are three years in prison.
According to the Hamburg police, there is an investigation ongoing against Tom Kaulitz, because he is supposed to have inflicted slight injuries in the face to a 21 year old last Wednesday evening. Jost confirmed also this incident, but pointed out: “Neither Tom nor another member of the band would ever raise their hand against a fan!”
According to the newspaper “BILD”, the young woman supposedly is the member of a French group named “Les afghanes on tour”, who always appear hooded and aggressively stalk the band.

State counsel investigates against Tom Kaulitz, the guitarist of Tokio Hotel. “We initiated a procedure due to the suspicion of easy mayhem/body harm”, said the authority’s spokesman, Wilhelm Möllers. Reportedly, the 19-year-old (young man) at an “Aral” petrol station on the Stressemannstrassen (Bahrenfeld), hit the French Perrini D. (21) on her face. Her lawyer prosecuted Kaulitz, on last Friday.
The argument had escalated after that, the 21-year-old stubbed a cigarette butt on Kaulitz’s car, which he threw out. According to David Jost, the manager of Tokio Hotel, the young woman and her friend are stalkers. The band members had pursued since week and they attacked their family members. The state counsel haven’t known about it yet. “Till now, we haven’t received denunciation against them”, said the counsel, Möllers. They will offer an interrogation to Tom Kaulitz.

Shock and rejection were the first reactions, when the media reported about the incident. A user named ‘martix’ was outraged: “I think that’s very bad, where’s their function as a role-model?” meikel44 saw just a lot of thanklessness in Tom’s activity: “The fans have made Tokio Hotel as big as they are now. For months masked girls harassed Tokio Hotel ( MOPO reported). In one case a fan even attacked the mother from the twins, and Tom and Bill had filed charges. And the stalkers don’t want to stop, according to the manager David Jost. After the scandal at the gas station ( where Tom slapped the french girl Perrine) the laywer of the fanatic girls wanted to find a settlement.
The Teenie-Stars offered the girl gang to drop the lawsuit, under the condition the girls confirm in writing, that they will never ever get close to Tom and Bill’s family again. But the girls don’t want to stop. They fired their laywer. Two of three stalkers have removed their attorney, said Jost.

The world of luxury problems. One of them occupies the band Tokio Hotel. For some time now the band is being followed by a group of persistent female fans. They call themselves Les afghans on tour, like to be veiled and have a generally unkind way of expressing their affection. SPIEGEL TV now managed to talk to the girls. Insights into perverted ways of worshipping - Sandra Hardinghaus and Alexandra Ringling with the details.
Reporter: Last friday in Hamburg: VIPs being chased.
Stalker girl: They were here! They parked over there! Other girl: Theyre not here anymore. Gone. I think they heard us coming.
Reporter: They search for a white SUV. Driver: Tom Kaulitz, guitarist of the band Tokio Hotel. The most popular rock stars of Germany climb the international charts and win over the hearts of countless girls. Many of the fans want to close to their idols. On a DVD the boys speak about this excessive amount of fan adoration.
Tom: Our fans are particular. They dont fucking care where we are at, if its some kind of lame gala event or if its a concert they are always there for us. Its difficult to walk around on the streets like everyone else. If we do it, we disguise ourselves. I hide my hair andoh, I cant tell everything, or else Ill be noticed anyway.
Those five French girls appear to be the most radical fans. Their goal: Observing the musicians permanently.
Perrine: Whats so special about the Tokio Hotel world is that the fans want to see the musicians all the time and at all costs. The more you see them, the happier you are. Its a kind of competition to see them as often as possible. Some fans even count how often they have seen them
Reporter: The girls cover up their identities to stalk the band incognito. On the internet they call themselves The Afghans on Tour. Instead of fan love they promise the musicians theyll make their lives a nightmare. There are wild car chases on the Autobahn.
Girl: Drive faster! Drive faster! Is that him? Other girl: Yes, thats him. Keep close. Girl: Hes coming!
Reporter: And it is really Tom Kaulitz, this time in the black SUV. The girls even film a rough argument with the mother of the guitarist, using their cell phones.
Simone: Go away! Go away! Stalkers: Well call the police! You are crazy! Well call the police!
The climax of all these chases took place last week at a gas station in Hamburg. Harassed and overwhelmed by too much fan affection, Tom Kaulitz is said to have thrown a lit cigarette at of these girls. The French girl reacted instantly: she stubbed out the cigarette on his car window. The situation escalates.
Perrine: He came to me and punched me. In my face, once, and then I fell on the ground. He punched me once again, also in the face.
Reporter: The girl gang strikes back: pressing charges against him because of criminal assault. They consult an attorney.
Attorney: Can you tell me what happened that evening at the gas station? How many injuries did you get because of the blows?
Perrine: In my eyeand I didnt hear anymore. And its always into my earand my back hurts.
Reporter: For Tokio Hotel, [Tom] supposedly going ballistic is the maximum credible accident. Even if the French girls announced the escalation beforehand. Quote: The next week will be a small nightmare. Attention, we are getting dissatisfied, we are getting impatient. DO YOU HEAR US?
It seems very unlikely there will be an agreement outside of the court. Also, the career of Tokio Hotel halts.
Journalist (of BRAVO): The consequence is that the band moved several times in the past, just have some peace and quiet. They ought to be in Los Angeles now, where they want to finish recording their new album. This didnt happen as of yet. They said they cant leave Germany at this point, they cant leave their mother alone. They want to protect her. They want to be with her and are scared for her. She was threatened by the girls. Its a serious situation for them.
Reporter: The management of the musicians wants to sue the girls now, accusing them of stalking. Some girls already dropped out of the gang. Kathrine and Melanie thought the events of the past weeks were taking it too far.
One of the girls: They realized it scares the musicians when they are masked and cant be identified. The girls find it amusing. They even bought these white masks that are supposed to remind them of killers from the United States, and they started wearing them when chasing them. They saw that it scared them, and that boosts their schadenfreude.
On Friday the French girls declined an peace offer from the management. The condition was keeping away from the band. This is out of question for them.

• They follow Tom (19) and Bill Kaulitz (19) from “Tokio Hotel” every step they make. • They disguise themselves like criminals. • They call themselves : Les Afghanes on Tour. • They are from France, and follow the musicians for already half a year.
There names: Perrine (21), georgina (25), Aurore (21) and Noemai (20). Bild-reporter ask the girls that show thelmselves for the first time without disguise: Why don’t you just leave the boys from “Tokio Hotel” alone?
“We aren’t stalkers”, claims Perrine. “We love the music and the lyrics. We haven’t followed them, we just wanna know where and how they live. That interests us.”
Among the extreme fans a contest has started, who can see the boys most often in a private situation. Videos from the chases from those so called fans are then put on the internet.
Perrine: “The special thing is that we wanna see Tokio hotel always and everywhere. The more often you see them the happier you get.”
With perrine it even went so far that she moved from paris to Hamburg to be close to Bill and Tom. The foudn a job (doesn’t wanna tell what) and found a house close to the one of the twins, and then started following them.
On 15 April it went too far when Tom lost his patience at a Hamburger gasstation and hit perrine in the face. The young woman pressed charges.
Shortly before the mother of Bill and Tom would have been attacked by the “Afghans”. The girls claim this is not true.
Noemai: “The mother from Tom has attacked us - with a cola bottle”. The incident would have happened in front of the house of Bill and Tom where the “Afghans” were waiting for the twins.
What do they want next? There lawyer Burkhard benecken (33) to Bild: “An apology and compensation. We want at least 10.000 euro.”
The mangement of the band didn’t want to respond yesterday to the girls claims.

End of the story. They won’t talk about this topic again. The boys from Tokio Hotel, citizens of Hamburg and idols of teenagers across the world, don’t want to be confronted with the agressive fan observations anymore. Manager David Jost said: “We belive that the stalking topic henceforth may be reconditioned solely by legal means.” But the successful musicians from Magdeburg, who won the Award for Best Newcomer in 2008 at the MTV Video Music Awards, don’t want to hide. Abendblatt found out that singer Bill and guitarist Tom Kaulitz (both 19), drummer Gustav Schäfer (20) and bassist Georg Listing (22) are participating in the new H & M campaign “Fashion Against AIDS”.
Here they are among the best (Musical-)Comapny. Internationally known artists like Katy Perry, Yoko Ono and burlesque dancer Dita Von Teese, have designed T-shirts, bodysuits, jersey dresses and tops, whose profits benefit AIDS projects. The sale begins on the 28th of May. “The designers recall the 80s look through white, bright and graffiti-inspired prints. The girls wear those to short skirts or washed jeans,” says H & M’s chief designer Ann-Sofie Johannson. “Guys look best with Chinos or colored jeans.” Flashback: It was the night on April 16th when there was a confrontation between Tokio Hotel Guitarist Tom Kaulitz and an obtrusive fan. The 21-year-old got wounded in the face. She had told the police that she recognized Tom Kaulitz, and that she wanted to take a picture of him. Then the guitarist threw a lit cigarette at her, which she expressed against the wheel of his car. According to the victim, the encounter ended in a brawl.
But what followed was a sort of “cry for help” of the band. For months, aggressive fans follow the successful musicians, who stormed the charts with hits like “Durch den Monsun”, told their manager the German Press Agency. “These girls are not masked fans, they are militant stalkers. That has nothing to do with Fan-Love anymore,” says David Jost. Supposedly a French group called “Les Afghans on tour” are already known for their attacks against the band. “They followed the boys and their families for months, therefore, the change of their permanent residence.”
Stalking (English: to Stalk, to creep ip) denotes persistent pursuit in a mixture of jealousy and fanaticism, and is a criminal offense. In Germany it is up to three years imprisonment. Celebrities often pay a high price for their fame. It shouldn’t go this far with Tokio Hotel.

Giant trouble for Tom Kaulitz! According to RTL-Information the prosecution has brought charges against him. The 20-year-old Tokio-Hotel-guitarist is alleged to beat a girl up. Gabi Funk with the whole story:
With her lawyer, the French girl Perrine, visited the putative crime scene again, a gas station in Hamburg. There was the incident, for which Tom from Tokio Hotel has to stand trial soon.
Perrine: He parked his car exactly here and he hit me there.
Lawyer: An evidence is especially the video, which shows clearly, no ifs, no buts, that Tom had hit her at least once, when Perrine stood and it also shows as clearly that Perrine also got hit by Tom, when she even lay on the ground.
Injuries on the ear, on the shoulder and in the face, Perrine claimed to have at that time, with the emergency service she was taken to the hospital.
Perrine: Fairness is important! I just want, that the court says “Tom Kaulitz is at fault!”
For the band this case represents unlike that indeed. Perrine and her 3 french friend, who also call themselves “Les Afghanes On Tour” are alleged to stalk Tokio Hotel for months, made their lifes really a living hell. When Perrine allegedly put a cigarette out on Tom’s car, he lost his nerves. Later the girls also were alleged to threaten Bill’s and Tom’s mother.
Tom: That had absolutely nothing to do with fans, they were just people, who are… yeah, extremely disturbed.
Perrine’s lawyer doesn’t want to accept that.
Lawyer: The band Tokio Hotel means that this would be Stalking, we always have denied it, and even if it would be so, it’s not a criminal act, because the band, who is a world-famous band, has to accept much more than like a musician, who nearly no one knows.
In the worst case Tom are threaten up to 5 years in prison, which is very unlikely according to lawyer Benecken. His client wants an apology above all. Tom’s manager wasn’t within reach today, but he said to the BILD-paper, the way things stand at the moment, there won’t be any process.

They apparently had a showdown in April which ended in Tom defending himself against this behavior and allegedly assaulted one of girls. The case was settled out of court for nearly $3,000.
